Welcome to SYS Power Yoga ("Utsavyogi.com", "we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in any class, program, workshop, or service — online or in person — or by using this website, you ("student", "you") agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

No-Refund Policy

All fees, payments, and charges are strictly non-refundable. Once a class, package, subscription, workshop, personal-training slot, or diet-counselling program has been booked and paid for, the amount paid will not be refunded, in full or in part, under any circumstances — including but not limited to non-attendance, dissatisfaction, injury, illness, relocation, change of mind, or missed sessions.

Fees paid cannot be transferred to another person. In genuine cases (such as documented medical emergencies), we may — entirely at our sole discretion — offer to reschedule or credit unused sessions. This is a goodwill gesture, not an obligation, and does not constitute a refund.

Discounted, promotional, and challenge-program fees (e.g. the 45-Day Challenge) are final and non-refundable with no exceptions.

1.Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Class fees, packages, and subscriptions must be paid in advance.
  • Fees are subject to change; the price applicable is the one in effect at the time of booking.
  • Seats in a batch are limited and allotted on a first-paid, first-served basis.

2.Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • Yoga is a physical activity. You confirm you are medically fit to participate and have consulted a physician if you have any health condition, injury, or are pregnant.
  • You participate entirely at your own risk. SYS Power Yoga and Utsavyogi.com are not liable for any injury, loss, or harm arising during or after any session.
  • You must disclose relevant medical conditions before starting. Practise within your own limits and stop if you feel discomfort.
  • Guidance provided is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.Attendance, Scheduling & Missed Classes

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety reasons, and no make-up session or refund will be provided.
  • Missed classes are not carried forward or refunded unless a make-up is offered at our discretion.
  • We may reschedule, combine, or cancel sessions due to holidays, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances; where a session is cancelled by us, a rescheduled class or credit will be offered.
  • Class timings, batches, and the instructor are subject to change.

4.Student Conduct

  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a class or program without refund.
  • Follow all safety instructions and studio rules at all times.
  • Personal belongings are your own responsibility; we are not liable for any loss or damage.

5.Online & Recorded Sessions

  • Access links (e.g. Zoom) are for your personal use only and must not be shared. Sharing may result in termination of access without refund.
  • You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, and practice space during online sessions.
  • Session content, recordings, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of SYS Power Yoga and may not be copied, recorded, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

6.Photography & Media

Photos or videos taken during classes or events may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing in advance.

7.Privacy

Personal details you share (name, phone, email, health information) are used only to manage your bookings and communicate with you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8.Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYS Power Yoga and Utsavyogi.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in classes, use of this website, or reliance on any information or guidance provided.

9.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this page is the one in effect. Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gandhidham, Gujarat.
